On the afternoon of July 19, 2022, OPTORUN Semiconductor Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangchi Semiconductor") successfully obtained 33357.6 square meters (a total of 50 acres) of industrial land from BSPO-1801 unit 07-17 in the park, and signed a land use right transfer contract with the Baoshan District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau of Shanghai. The Guangchi Semiconductor atomic layer coating and etching coating project was substantially implemented in the park.

The Guangchi Semiconductor Project will be based on cutting-edge semiconductor ALD (atomic layer coating) technology and etching technology in the future, with continuous technological innovation and market expansion. It plans to achieve technological application and expand sales in the field of semiconductor manufacturing and devices. The project is planned to commence in August 2022 and is expected to be completed in October 2023.
